Removing From Firefox
- Open the web browser by double clicking on its icon found in the desktop. When the web browser appears on the screen, look for the search box in the browser window and then click on the small arrow found in the search box. A drop down menu will appear on the screen, select the option labeled as Manage Search Engines.
- You will be able to see all the search engines incorporated with the browser, select the search engine that you would like to make default by clicking on it and then click on the option labeled as Make default.
- Now for changing the ask.com from the home page of the browser, click on the Options tab found in the Firefox menu located at the top left corner of the browser. From the window that appears on the screen, delete Ask.com from the default homepage option and set a new web page of your choice.
